IPX Frame Types

In their infinite wisdom, Novell decided that they couldn't wait for the emerging Ethernet standards from IEEE to be ratified, so they made up their own. Then they kept adding more, so now there are 4 valid Ethernet Frame Types for IPX. Token-Ring uses different ones too, just for fun.

The default frame type changed over time: NetWare 2.x and 3.11 defaulted to Ethernet_802.3 (the raw, non-standard frame), while NetWare 3.12 and 4.x defaulted to Ethernet_802.2 (the IEEE-compliant frame).
