Update from Switzerland.

7 September 2001

Since leaving England we have spent a lovely 6 days in hot and busy Paris with Kathy. Its a city that knows how to eat.  It fact all French food, made or from the Super Mache is great. We spent another few days in the Champagne region sampling the wares and the great vineyard scenery.

A trip to Luxembourg revealed the World Heritage City and a trip to the Ardenne, scene of the battle of the Bulge for some walking and Museum visiting.

In Germany we followed the Mosel River winding along checking out castles then down the Rhine checking out wine and ancient villages then the Black Forest.

In Switzerland we have climbed mountains and had some fantastic days at high altitude. All well and happy. Heading to Italy for fine wether and warmth.
