Hi All

Just a quick message to all from South Africa.

We have been here 3 weeks now. It's a great place. We have seen most of the major game - Elephant, Lion, Leopard, Rhino, Buffalo, Giraffe, Zebra, Impala etc and over 150 species of weird and wonderful birds.

We spent some time in the capital, Pretoria and with friends of Dad's in Jo'burg. Not at scary as you might imagine and quite lovely in places.

S. Africa is also a fairly cheap place to travel and quite easy as English is widely spoken. Roads are excellent, food is a little dull esp. for vegetarians, people are friendly and we are having a great time.
